Pony Parties

A unique fun-filled party that is sure to impress any cowboy or cowgirl.

Birthday parties for animal lovers. Choose from the packages below.

Children need to be three years old to ride a pony. Depending on their age, both horses and ponies are available.

We have limited availability for parties. Parties take place on Saturdays with start times ranging from 10 am - 12 pm, depending on availability.

Trail Boss

This package is for you if you want to entertain the children and adult party-goers and have the most animal interaction. Adults and children will enjoy the Ranch tour, llama trek, and goat time. You will have a Hayloft team member to facilitate the activities throughout the party. We provide games, animals, and a craft. The majority of children must be six years old or older.

Up to 2.5 hours of party time

  • Up to 12 children and Up to 12 adults (these are the maximum amounts of people allowed in each age bracket)

  • Horse /pony ride for each child (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

  • Four goats to play with

  • A Llama trek around the Ranch with four llamas

  • A Hayloft staff member helps with the party, including cleaning up and facilitating games.

  • A tour of the Ranch

  • A Ranch bandana for each child

Little Cowpoke Package All Inclusive

This package is for you if you need help with activities for your birthday party. Our team will be there every step of the way to ensure that your party-goers have the best time.

  • Up to 2 hours of party time

  • Up to 10 children and Up to 10 adults (these are the maximum amounts of people allowed in each age bracket)

  • Horse/pony ride for each child (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

  • Four goats to play with for 30 min

  • A Hayloft staff person helps with the party

  • A tour of the Ranch

  • A Ranch bandana for each child

Junior Wrangler Package

This package is for you if you have party games and decor picked out and are looking for a fun atmosphere with horses for your little cowpoke’s party. We provide the space and the horse or pony, and you bring the rest.

  • 1.5 hours of party time

  • Up to 6 children and Up to 6 adults

  • $15/ per additional child NO ADDITIONAL ADULTS

  • Pony or horse ride for each child (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

Trail Boss Elite

This package is for you if you want to entertain in style. It includes activities for children and adult party-goers and has the most animal interaction. Adults and children will enjoy the Ranch tour, llama trek, and goat time. You’ll enjoy exclusive use of our new beautiful pavilion. You will have a Hayloft team member to facilitate the activities throughout the party. We provide games, animals, and a craft. The majority of children must be six years old or older.

Up to 3 hours of party time

  • Up to 15 children and Up to 20 adults (these are the maximum amounts of people allowed in each age bracket)

  • Horse/pony ride for children (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

  • Eight goats to play with for 30 min

  • A 30-minute llama trek

  • A Hayloft staff person helps with the party and games

  • A tour of the Ranch

  • A Ranch bandana for each child

  • A craft for each child

  • Exclusive use of our beautiful pavilion, including white cross-back chairs and your choice of table linens

What if it rains?

Your party space is indoors. We have an indoor arena for horseback riding.

Can we bring food?

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks. You will have access to a fridge. We recommend easy-to-eat foods like cupcakes. You will need to bring plates, napkins, and silverware.

Can we bring decorations?

Yes, you can bring decorations. Please no balloons, tape, or staples. We provide linens. We recommend light decor, if any. The children are busy with experiences and do not notice the decor. Remember, decorating set up and take down must be done in your allotted time. We suggest telling your guests a later start time to accommodate decor setup time.

Is there a restroom?

Yes, there is a restroom onsite.

Where is the party held?

Your party space with tables and chairs is indoors. The horseback riding and goat time are outdoors unless it is raining then we use our indoor arena and barn.

Is the party private?

Yes, your expeinces will be you and your guests alone. There may be other events going on at the same time but not in the same space.

What is the schedule for the party?

The party scheulde can vary and is based on your group.

Can I come early to set up?

No, your party time starts promtly at the time stated. We will meet you in the parking lot at that time. You can set up while we get the children started on an activity.
